Trash: Please do not leave any trash bags outside. If you need to dispose of trash, please put it in the dumpster located next to the driveway near the Cockram Mill buildings Fireplace: Not operational May 20-September 10. Do not adjust logs. All that is necessary is to turn the knob beneath and to the right of the logs to the up position. Please do not adjust anything else. Please don't leave the fireplace on at night or when you are away from the cabin. When turning off, turn the knob to 'pilot', but do not turn off the pilot light. Pets: Two dog limit. Please keep dogs off furniture, leash and cleanup and dispose of pet waste. Please do not leave pets unattended unless they are crated. Smoking is not permitted in the cabin. Please note: All guests are asked to stay on the mowed portions of the property. Access to the woods and to the river behind the cabins is prohibited because it is private property. Thank you for adhering to this request! Furnishings: All cabins are individually owned; therefore, please do not move any furnishings from one cabin to another.
